Bridge
Earlier this year, a friend of mine asked to help him out on a short film. The film was to be an entry for a Canon/Vimeo contest. I served as assistant director on the project and while we didn't win the contest, I did learn a lot from being on the set. Here's Bridge
Recent viewings
It's been so long since I've touched this thing! Almost a year to the day! However, fear not (one follower that I have), as the great Vincent Van Gogh once said, "I will take up my pencil, which I have forsaken in my great discouragement, and I will go on with my drawing". But in my case, replace pencil with camera and drawing with filmmaking. : )
I have worked on a few project since I've last been here and I have a few projects in the works right now. Sooner or later (hopefully more sooner than later), I'll have those up for your viewing pleasure.
Sooo, what have I watched this last week. Here it is:
-Taken
-Bad Lieutenant Port of Call: New Orleans
-Enter the Dragon
-Zombieland
-Law Abiding Citizen
-Eraserhead
-Mulholland Drive
-Inkheart
-Astro Boy
-Planet 51
-Toy Story 2
-Pretty much every Studio Ghibli film. (In the near future, I'll be posting an essay on Studio Ghibli and the beauty of this studio's films)
I watched some others but I can't recall their names at the moment. Anyways, glad to be back and I look forward to sharing my knowledge of film here as well as showcasing my films!
